How does the free trial work?

The first 30 days are completely free, with no commitment. You can create your orchestra, invite your musicians and test all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

How long does it take to set everything up?

One evening is enough. Our import tools pick up your list of musicians, your calendar and your repertoire from your existing files in a few minutes, with nothing to retype. For sheet music, you upload the full PDF of a piece and Sostenutoo splits it automatically, section by section. Your musicians then simply enter your ensemble's code: their request lands in your admin area, and you approve it in one click.

What if some of our musicians are not comfortable with technology?

It is rarely an obstacle. In the ensembles that have joined us, seven musicians out of ten created their account and joined their ensemble within the first week, and the large majority within the following month. The platform is designed to be understood without explanation: you open the app, you see the next rehearsal, you find your sheet music. And for younger members, shared access lets a parent manage their child's account from their own.

Is my sheet music really secure?

Yes, absolutely. Your sheet music benefits from a very high level of protection thanks to TLS/SSL encryption of all your data. Only authorized members of your orchestra can access it. No one else can view or download your sheet music.

How many musicians can I add?

There is no limit! Whether your orchestra has 10 or 100 musicians, the price remains the same: €14.90 per month per orchestra. All your musicians access the platform for free.

Does the app work on mobile?

Yes! Sostenutoo offers native apps for iOS and Android. Your musicians download them for free and instantly access their sheet music, programs and events.

Can I manage multiple orchestras?

Absolutely! If you conduct multiple orchestras, you can manage them all from the same account. Each orchestra has its own subscription at €14.90/month and its data is completely separate.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time without penalty. Your data remains accessible until the end of your paid period.

Can we get an invoice in our association's name?

Yes. Every payment produces an invoice that you receive by email and can file with your accounts. If it needs to be issued in the exact name of your association, a local authority or a music school, write to us at support@sostenutoo.com and we will take care of it.

Is Sostenutoo also suitable for choirs?

Absolutely! Sostenutoo is adapted to all types of musical ensembles: choirs, wind bands, brass bands, orchestras, chamber music groups... The repertoire, sheet music and event management features meet the needs of any musical group, regardless of its size or composition.

Yes, absolutely! You can retrieve all your data at any time. Simply send a request by email to support@sostenutoo.com. Additionally, you can download all your sheet music at once directly from the platform, organized in folders by program and piece for easy filing.
