Sostenutoo costs €11.90/month, VAT incl., with annual billing (€142.80/year) or €14.90/month with monthly billing. A single subscription covers the entire orchestra, regardless of the number of musicians. The first 30 days are entirely free, no credit card required.
Do musicians have to pay to access the platform?
No, it's 100% free for musicians. Only the orchestra subscribes. Musicians create their account for free, download the iOS and Android apps at no cost, and access all member features.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Create your orchestra in a few seconds: no credit card is required to start. You immediately enjoy all features for 30 days. You only choose a plan (annual or monthly) if you want to continue.
Is there a limit on musicians or scores?
No limit! Whether your ensemble has 5, 50 or 150 musicians, the price remains the same. Programmes, pieces, events and scores are also unlimited. You get up to 50 GB of secure storage for your scores and audio files.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time without penalty from your admin dashboard. Your data remains accessible until the end of the paid period, and you can export all your scores and data before the service ends.
Can I manage multiple orchestras with the same account?
Yes. Each orchestra has its own subscription (€11.90 to €14.90/month, VAT incl., depending on the plan) and its own separate data. You manage everything from a single user account, which is ideal for conductors leading several ensembles.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. On iOS, payment can also be made via Apple (In-App Purchase). Payments are secure and no card data is stored on our servers.
Do you provide an invoice for the orchestra's accounting?
Yes. An invoice is automatically generated with each payment and sent by email. You can also find and download them at any time from your admin dashboard, ideal for your association's accounting.
